Questions dog boarders ask first
Who is GroomLog suitable for?
GroomLog is designed for home and small-scale boarders: you set how many dogs you can have at once and it tracks overnight numbers against that. It also has everything a groomer needs, including a schedule, client and dog records, and online booking, so it works well if you groom as well as board.
Can I offer day care as well as overnight boarding?
Yes. Pick the same day for drop-off and pick-up and the stay is day care, priced per day.
How are stays priced?
You set per-night or per-day rates, including an extra-dog rate for multiple dogs from one household, and GroomLog works out the price for the stay. Add-ons can be charged once per stay, per night or per day, and you can record a deposit and see the balance due.
Will it stop me overbooking?
GroomLog warns you when a stay would take you over your capacity on any night, so you can decide what to do. Online boarding requests also respect your capacity.
Is boarding free?
