Delete your account
Go to Settings → Account and tap Delete account at the bottom. You’ll be asked to confirm. This is irreversible, so make sure it’s what you want before you tap through. GroomLog deletes your sign-in immediately.
If you’ve signed in a while ago, deletion can fail with a security prompt asking you to sign out and back in first. That’s expected, just sign back in and try again.
Getting a copy of your data
There’s no in-app export tool yet. If you want a copy of your clients, dogs or booking history before deleting your account, or for any other reason, email support@groomlog.app and we’ll sort one out for you.
