Where requests show up
Every online booking arrives as a Booking request, in a card on your Home screen. It only appears once online booking is switched on, and reads No booking requests when your list is empty. Tap a request to open it.
What you see on a request
The request screen shows the date, time and duration they asked for, the client’s contact card, the dog, a receipt of the services requested with a total, and any notes they left.
Accepting or declining

Tap Accept to turn the request straight into a real booking on your schedule. GroomLog matches or creates the client and dog for you, no extra review step. Tap Decline instead and the slot simply frees up again.

Either way, GroomLog asks if you want to let the client know. Send Now opens your phone’s own text message app with a message already started, or Send Later skips it for now.
Since Accept creates the booking immediately, you can still open it afterwards and edit the time, services or notes like any other booking on your schedule.
